Three-time state placer and defending state champion Nate Keaton gave Ohio State a verbal commitment on Sunday evening to help shore up some of the depth issues at the lighter weights.
Keaton won his first state title as a junior, becoming the first Circleville state champion since 1980. Keaton's title came in Division II at 113, while he finished fifth at 113 as a sophomore and fourth at 106 as a freshman.

Keaton is entering his senior season with a chance to repeat as a state champion and improve upon his seventh-place finish at the prestigious 2016 Walsh Ironman tournament.
The lowest collegiate weight is 125, so Keaton will have to grow a bit so he is not undersized on the collegiate mat.
